于1984年在台湾叁重成立公司，主要为礼品生产及外销.后因工厂面临工资及加工成本不断上升，实在无法与香港竞争，而于1999年将工厂及全部业务迁至中国。初期，只有衝床和包装部门，后因业务需要，委外加工品质无法控制，而不断增加设备，目前已有车床部、压铸部、注塑部、磨光部、丝印部、电镀部、阳极氧化部、烤漆部、模具部。
