6）跟进产品研发进度，负责过程需求管理、BUG管理、产品研发进度管理；

7）开展市场调研、业务可行性研究、业务方案设计及市场营销工作。

岗位要求

1）本科及以上学历，计算机或金融相关专业优先；有B端产品经验者优先；

2）互联网产品经理或需求分析2年以上工作经验；或负责企业服务管理开发5年以上工作经验；

3）熟悉企业管理，如人事、个税、财务、税务、ERP等；

4）喜欢接受挑战，能够快速学习并掌握新知识、新业务，善于提出创新性思路和方法；善于思考业务，功能，技术问题，并有效实现和表达；

5）工作主动积极，有责任心，抗压能力强，组织协调，人际沟通及团队协作等方面表现优秀。
