侯马旺旺食品有限公司是由新加坡旺旺控股有限公司直接投资的外商独资企业。成立于2006年8月，注册资金300万美元，主要生产各类膨化系列食品、饮料、大米饼类制品。项目被山西省发改委定为全省鼓励类项目。
该投资一期总投资700万美元，占地面积近80亩，建有2个生产厂。其中旺旺米果厂生产能力为年产5400吨膨化系列食品，主要生产旺旺系列、黑皮系列、挑战派系列、米太郎、大师兄系列等，现有生产设备为2条FBD，一条雪饼线、一条仙贝线、一条旺旺公用线、一条大米饼线、一条油炸线。祥旺休闲厂建有1条碎冰冰软饮料生产线，年预计产能将增加2万吨。产品销售主要以山西为中心，辐射河北、河南、陕西、内蒙古等省。一期项目于2007年3月破土动工，2008年1月底建成试产，3月正式投产。现有员工近500名。2008年销售收入4559万元，纳税130万元，2009年销售收入近6957万元，纳税近497万元。
