鼓楼区龙江社区卫生服务中心是一所非营利性的公有制社区卫生服务单位，于2006年10月由南京油运医院转型而来，占地面积2400平方米，业务用房面积达1600平方米，主要承担江东街道所辖聚福园、银城、江滨、宝船四个社委会居民的医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康教育、计划生育技术指导等“六位一体”的服务，服务人口约5万人，2009年10月通过鼓楼计生局验收获得“江东街道计划生育服务站”资格，2010年1月被鼓楼区政府和鼓楼区卫生局指定为鼓楼区惠民医院，使社区居民享有快捷、优质、便捷、低廉的服务。
