核工业四一七医院，前身为第二机械工业部西北地区的一家疗养院。1970年组建综合性医院。从2001年已成为西安市医保定点医院，西安市临潼区首批医保及新合疗定点医院，西安市120急救分站，临潼首家百姓放心医院，公安创伤指定医院，平安、新华、人寿保险公司指定医院，是国家发改委、卫生部确定的陕西省核辐射救治基地（二类B），属于国家突发公共卫生事件医疗救治体系中核辐射应急机构。几经扩展，现为中国核工业集团公司所属的中心医院，是一所集医疗、职业医学、疗养康复、旅游观光于一体的综合性医院。
