岗位职责：
1、设计、开发和维护高质量、可扩展性和高性能的Java应用。
2、负责java框架的维护和优化工作,包括但不限于微服务架构设计、系统性能调优等；涉及其他语言（如：PHP/C#/C++等）的优先。
3、负责项目的需求分析、技术选型及方案规划。
4、有基于DeepSeek、ChatGPT、豆包等模型，研发行业级大模型解决方案，或者做过教育 AI 相关经验的优先。
5、与前端开发人员、产品经理和其他团队成员紧密合作，确保产品按时交付并符合质量标准。
6、编写技术文档，进行代码审查，分享技术经验，促进团队技术水平提升。
7、解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题，参与技术攻关。

任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术及软件工程等相关专业；
2、3年以上Java开发相关经验，熟悉Java编程语言，熟悉主流技术框架（SpringMVC、MyBatis等）；
3、熟悉MySQL数据库，能独立完成复杂的SQL处理；
4、熟悉常用的Linux命令，能在Linux下完成常用的问题查询任务；
5、了解 TCP/HTTP/MQTT，有物联网（IoT）或大屏可视化数据接口高并发经验优先。
6、具有团队合作精神，良好的代码书写能力，能够和团队站在一起完成项目开发任务。
7、思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题。
