Founded in 1998, it is a manufacturer specializing in producing various automotive component bushings and spare parts. The company's products are mainly supporting Dongfeng series, Iveco series, Transit series, Jiangling series, JAC series, Mahindra (China), etc., and also supporting many exporters. The leading products include: metal bushings, bimetallic bushings, non-metal bushings, metal-non-metal composite bushings, and automotive stamping, extrusion forming, welding and other parts.
Since its establishment, relying on the support of scientific and technological institutions, modern production capacity, and a passionate and energetic team, the enterprise has achieved outstanding results in all aspects of work. The enterprise plans a total investment of 5 million yuan over three years, has newly acquired 12,000 square meters of land, plans a building area of 7,000 square meters including workshops, has 2,000 square meters of workshop under construction, introduces various large and advanced equipment to further improve product quality and production efficiency, with an annual production scale of 20 million yuan. At present, the enterprise has a total of more than 70 employees, including five with college degrees or above and two engineers; it possesses multiple bimetallic composite electric furnaces, semi-automatic injection vulcanizing machines, automatic double-sided chamfering machines, cutting machines, and multiple 650T, 300T, 100T, 50T hydraulic presses, several 120T, 100T, 80T, 63T punch presses, and several ordinary lathes, grinders, planers, milling machines, etc. The enterprise has complete testing methods, equipped with several torsion fatigue testing machines, static testers and other testing equipment. The enterprise has established a quality management system according to ISO9001 (2000) standards and has obtained certification from the China Quality Certification Center. In April 2011, it successfully passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification, further improving the overall management level and implementation standards of the enterprise.
Through effective control of the entire bushing production and service process, the enterprise strictly adheres to quality and after-sales service commitments: strictly implement according to contract plans, ensure quantity, ensure quality, and ensure time. Do a good job in after-sales service. In case of product quality problems, immediately send technical personnel to the site for communication and handling, ensuring service within 24 hours and satisfying users. Losses caused by quality problems shall be borne according to the agreement.
