岗位职责:
1、负责策略交易中后台服务研发工作，交付高质量的代码；
2、协助策略交易中后台业务需求梳理、服务测试、运维研发支撑；
3、智能投资投顾策略开发，评估。股票模拟交易，交易算法研究。

岗位要求:
1、数学、计算机或金融工程相关专业，有扎实的数理基础（统计，概率论等），3年以上Python/JAVA开发经验；
2、熟练掌握pandas的高级用法；
3、能够熟练进行金融数据分析处理；能够使用Python复现研报优先；
4、熟悉windOWS/Linux开发环境，熟悉Oracle、MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、RabbitMQ等常见的数据库技术；
5、具有良好的编码习惯和开发文档书写习惯。
