Its main shareholders include Beijing Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd., Central Huijin Investment Co., Ltd., and CITIC Group Corporation, all of which are large enterprises with strong capital strength, rich experience in capital operations, and high social recognition. The company has over 300 securities branches in 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, and has five wholly-owned subsidiaries: CSC Futures Co., Ltd., CSC Capital Management Co., Ltd., CSC International Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., CSC Fund Management Co., Ltd., and CSC Investment Co., Ltd.
