Zhongtai Securities Co., Ltd. (formerly Qilu Securities Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Zhongtai Securities" or "the Company") is a national large-scale comprehensive securities firm, with a registered capital of 6.27 billion RMB and over 6,000 employees. It has 38 branches and over 230 securities business outlets in 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, and controls Luzheng Futures Co., Ltd., Luzheng Venture Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Zhongtai Financial International Co., Ltd., and Qilu Securities (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd., and holds stakes in Wanjia Fund Management Co., Ltd., Qilu Equity Exchange Center Co., Ltd., China Securities Credit Enhancement Co., Ltd., and Zhengtong Co., Ltd., forming a comprehensive securities holding group integrating securities, funds, futures, and direct investment. Over the years, the Company has been committed to providing investors with comprehensive professional securities investment and financing services, including securities agency trading, investment consulting, financial advisory, securities issuance and underwriting, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, asset management, margin trading and short selling, financial product distribution, securities investment fund distribution, and stock index futures brokerage. In recent years, the Company has provided equity financing and bond financing services to nearly 200 enterprises, realizing a financing amount of over 150 billion RMB, and provided financial advisory services to over 200 enterprises. Currently, the Company serves over 5 million clients and manages client assets of 800 billion RMB.
In accordance with the strategic goal of "coordinated development of various professional securities businesses," the Company is fully promoting the construction of a full-license business system including brokerage, credit, investment banking, OTC market, asset management, and financial innovation. In the brokerage business, adhering to the core service concept of "customer-centricity," the Company has a professional wealth management team to help clients achieve asset preservation and appreciation goals, and builds a comprehensive financial service platform to fully meet the growing investment and financing needs of clients. In the credit business, the Company provides clients with convenient and diversified financing services through margin trading and short selling, stock pledge repurchase, agreed repurchase, and small-amount stock pledge financing. In the investment banking business, the Company has a professional team of over 350 people, including more than 80 sponsors and quasi-sponsors, capable of providing enterprises with integrated services such as IPO listing, refinancing, bond financing, and asset securitization, and has established good cooperative relationships with many institutional investors. In the NEEQ business, the Company can provide high-quality and efficient services for enterprises to list on the NEEQ, private placement, market-making, and transfer to the main board, and has successfully recommended over 300 enterprises to list on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, ranking 3rd in the industry; and has provided NEEQ market-making services to over 300 enterprises, ranking 2nd in the number of market-making enterprises. In the asset management business, the Company has established an asset management subsidiary to provide clients with diversified financial products such as cash management, money market, bond, equity, and quantitative products. In the research business, the Company is at the industry level in the fields of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, power equipment and new energy, and steel, and in recent years, several analysts have won honorary titles in the "China Securities Industry Golden Bull Analyst," "New Fortune Analyst," and "Sell-side Analyst Crystal Ball" selections. The Company actively fulfills its social responsibilities. It donated 15 million RMB to the earthquake-stricken areas of Wenchuan and Yushu in Qinghai; sponsored the Organizing Committee of the 11th National Games with 20 million RMB; and donated over 800,000 RMB to the Shandong Justice and Courage Foundation, the Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, the Foundation for Disabled Persons, and the Youth Development Foundation. 2016 is the first year of the "13th Five-Year Plan" and also the beginning of the "new journey" for Zhongtai Securities. The Company will aim to build a systemically important modern investment bank, focus on promoting IPO listing, implement the "dual improvement" project of improving basic management and party building, upgrade and transform traditional businesses to achieve a leap in scale, and refuel and steadily grow innovation businesses.
