CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CITIC Securities", with A-share code "600030" and H-share code "6030") was established in 1995, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on January 6, 2003, and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 6, 2011.
