On February 26, 2010, the Company's A shares (601688.SH) were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. On June 1, 2015, the Company's H shares (6886.HK) were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On June 17, 2019, the Company's global depositary receipts (HTSC.LI) were successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange. Since then, the Company has become a Chinese financial institution listed in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and London.

The Company has wholly-owned subsidiaries including Huatai Securities (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd., Huatai International Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., Huatai Zijin Investment Co., Ltd., Huatai Innovative Investment Co., Ltd., and Huatai Futures Co., Ltd.; it holds controlling stakes in Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Equity Trading Center Co., Ltd.; and it holds participating stakes in China Southern Fund Management Co., Ltd., Huatai-PineBridge Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Bank of Jiangsu Co., Ltd., among others. In 2016, the Company acquired AssetMark, the third-largest company in the U.S. TAMP (turnkey asset management platform) industry, completing its first overseas strategic acquisition. In July 2019, AssetMark was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
