Su Jiao Ke Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Su Jiao Ke") is an integrated solution provider in the infrastructure sector, always committed to providing innovative and leading solutions, striving to build an international technology enterprise group with high-quality sustainable development. The company was established in 1978. On January 10, 2012, Su Jiao Ke conducted its initial public offering of A-shares and was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 300284). In May 2015, "Su Jiao Ke Group Co., Ltd." was officially unveiled. In 2016, it cross-border acquired the advanced engineering design consulting service provider Eptisa Servicios de Ingenieria, S.L. (referred to as "Eptisa").
Currently, the group has over 130 subsidiaries, with branches in more than 20 countries and projects carried out in more than 60 countries.

Su Jiao Ke is a national high-tech enterprise. In 2011, it was jointly awarded the title of "Innovative Enterprise" by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. In 2017, it was awarded the title of "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. In 2018, it was recognized as a "National Enterprise Technology Center" by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation. In 2022, it received the "Jiangsu Provincial Governor Quality Award" from the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, becoming one of the ten enterprises to win this award, and the first in the transportation sector in Jiangsu Province.

[Technological Innovation]
Su Jiao Ke adheres to independent technological innovation, having successively applied and been approved for the establishment of two national-level research platforms: the "National Engineering Research Center for New Road Materials" and the "National Key Laboratory for Safety, Longevity, and Health Maintenance of Long-Span Bridges." Additionally, it possesses more than 40 research platforms at the provincial, ministerial, and municipal levels, covering fields such as highways, urban rail, environment, energy conservation and emission reduction, water transport, underground engineering, and intelligent transportation.
Relying on these research platforms, it has undertaken significant national and provincial key research projects, testing and inspection, and product development work, winning more than 500 achievement awards at the national, ministerial, and provincial levels or above; owning more than 1,200 authorized national patents; and successively organizing and participating in the formulation of more than 200 national, industry, and local standards. A number of scientific and technological achievements with international and domestic leading levels have been widely applied to national and provincial key projects such as the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, Nanjing-Hangzhou Expressway, Nanjing Metro, Runyang Yangtze River Bridge, Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, Sutong Yangtze River Bridge, and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
[International Exchange and Cooperation]
Su Jiao Ke persists in international exchange and cooperation, holding the title of "National Demonstration Unit for Introduction of Intelligence" awarded by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. Su Jiao Ke has successively introduced full sets of American SHRP and GTM test equipment, involving technologies such as SMA, Superpave, OGFC, and improved AC asphalt mixtures. Through active introduction, digestion, bold innovation, and continuous improvement of advanced foreign comprehensive asphalt pavement technologies, the relevant technologies have been applied in the domestic transportation field, generating good social and economic benefits. Su Jiao Ke has also reached strategic cooperation agreements with Danish COWI, Japan Hanshin Expressway Public Corporation, Japan PASCO Corporation, and the German Railway Technology Research Institute, achieving docking with high-end resources and actively carrying out applied basic research, major key technology research, forward-looking technology research, and related common technology research, laying a solid foundation for the company's sustained technological innovation and development.
