After more than thirty years of efforts, the Company has operated in a standardized manner and continuously improved, achieving tremendous changes in both operating scale and overall strength. Up to now, the Company has carried out comprehensive securities and securities-related businesses, including securities brokerage, securities underwriting and sponsorship, self-operated securities, securities research and consulting, IB, private equity funds, margin trading and securities lending, agreed repurchase securities trading, stock pledge repurchase trading, and consignment of financial products, forming a relatively complete business system. At the same time, the Company adheres to diversified development and actively carries out outbound investment businesses. It has established Dongzheng Rongtong private equity fund subsidiary, Dongzheng Rongda alternative investment subsidiary, and Dongzheng Ronghui securities asset management subsidiary, holds a controlling stake in Bohai Futures and Dongfang Fund, and takes a stake in Yinhua Fund, building a holding group that integrates securities, funds, and futures to provide comprehensive financial services. The Company has established 38 regional branch companies for brokerage business, 99 securities business departments, and 4 branch companies in 68 large and medium-sized cities across 28 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government. The Company's nationwide strategic layout tends to be reasonable and has formed certain scale advantages and brand advantages.
