After more than 20 years of development, Guosen Securities has grown into a large national comprehensive securities company. According to the operating performance rankings of national securities companies released by the Securities Association of China, Guosen Securities has ranked among the top ten in the industry over the past three years in terms of total assets, net assets, net capital, operating revenue, and net profit. As of December 31, 2014, the company's total assets reached 161.352 billion yuan, net assets 32.783 billion yuan, and net capital (parent company) 22.357 billion yuan. In 2014, the company achieved operating revenue of 11.792 billion yuan and net profit of 4.943 billion yuan. From January to March 2015, the company achieved operating revenue of 6.382 billion yuan and net profit of 3.255 billion yuan.
