Hunan Taijia New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 and is headquartered in the Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha, China. On January 20, 2017, it was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock abbreviation: Taijia Co., Ltd., stock code: 002843). The company takes "advanced manufacturing" as its main axis and develops around the dual main businesses of "sawing + power supply".

I. Sawing Segment
In the sawing segment, the company is committed to the R&D, production and sales of sawing products such as bi-metal band saw blades and carbide band saw blades, as well as the provision of overall sawing technology solutions. It is a manufacturing single champion demonstration enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and a drafting unit for the national standard of bi-metal band saw blades and the industry standard of carbide band saw blades.

The company has manufacturing bases and R&D centers in Changsha, Hunan; Lianyungang, Jiangsu; India; and Germany. In China, the company's marketing network covers seven major regions nationwide, with more than 400 product distribution and service providers; overseas, it has strategically invested in the century-old renowned German company AKG, invested in and established a subsidiary in India, and has exclusive brand agents or brand agents in Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Singapore, Vietnam and other places. Its sawing products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions including Europe, America and Japan.

In the power supply segment, the company's main business is the R&D, production and sales of consumer electronic power supplies, new energy power supplies, energy storage power supplies, site energy power supplies, data center power supplies and other special power supply products, and it has established cooperative relations with many Fortune Global 500 or industry-leading enterprises.

The company has manufacturing bases and R&D centers in Dongguan, Guangdong; Luoding, Guangdong; and Shenzhen, Guangdong. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Yada Electronics (Luoding) Co., Ltd. has been producing power supply products since its establishment in 1995, with nearly 30 years of industry experience and accumulation, and is one of the leading enterprises in the power supply industry. It has outstanding quality assurance capabilities, product R&D capabilities, and rapid response capabilities to customer needs.

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the company will implement a "industry + capital" dual-wheel drive to consolidate the foundation of dual main business development.
