1.探索深度学习及大模型在新闻、公告、研报非结构化数据处理，量化策略构建、因子挖掘、组合优化，投资风险管控等中的应用。针对金融场景改造相关算法，设计开拓性的AI模型，研究AI模型解释性、增强AI模型的鲁棒性。
2.股票、期货、etf等金融时间序列复杂场景建模。
3.金融时序大模型训练，多角色AI智能体训练。

任职要求：
1. 全日制研究生以上学历，人工智能、计算机、统计学等相关专业优先。
2. 熟悉机器学习、人工智能、信号处理、模式识别等，有大模型微调、提示工程经验优先，具备创新研究能力。
3，熟悉量化策略构建相关知识，有量化策略开发相关经验的优先。
4. 熟练掌握python或java语言，熟练掌握pandas、numpy、Tensorflow/Pytorch、Sklearn、DeepSpeed等，熟练掌握大数据处理框架Hadoop、Spark、Flink等。
5.积极创新，乐于挑战，良好的逻辑思维、沟通协调和自我学习能力，主动负责，严谨细致，勤奋踏实。
