公司系由原鄂州市服装总厂等于1993年4月2日共同发起设立,以其经营性净资产折发起人股2860万股,并定向募集职工股300万股,1995年6月及10月分别按10:3比例进行配股和转增股本,1996年3月按10:4.5及10:1比例进行送股和转增,经1997年5月22日发行后,上市时总股本达11595.99万股,其职工股816.075万股将于公众股3000万股1997年6月6日在上交所上市交易期满三年后上市。
