山东焦化北海国际物流有限公司成立于2011年7月,注册资金1亿元人民币，主要由山东焦化企业集团实业有限公司、青岛华通能源发展有限公司、淄博厚丰物资有限公司三家出资组建而成。主营普通货运，普通货物仓储（不含危化品），铁路公路货运代理（不含速递业务），钢材、建材、生铁、铁矿石、铝矿石、焦炭的销售，货物进出口等。目前在滨州北海新区有3000亩地的临港物流园和120亩的后勤保障基地项目正在筹建中。
