中国动漫实训与考级中心，是依据《社会艺术水平考级管理办法》和相关政策法规经由文化部授权的中华文化促进会动漫考级中心与石家庄市政府共同签约开展的项目。中心依托石家庄乃至河北地区教育院校、动漫企业、文化传媒机构等单位筹建，在省委省政府、市委市政府的全力支持下，项目进展迅速。中心地址位于石家庄市新华区学府路109号，占地106亩，建筑面积上万平米，将致力于构建中国*大的动漫实训教育及授权评级中心。
