渭南“圆梦工作部”（下设渭南家教中心、心理咨询室、校园杂志编辑部、圆梦婚介所、圆梦保健室），是由陕西圆梦文化传播有限公司渭南分公司主办、渭南市作协、医协、渭南师院及华山学校协办的公益事业单位，也是大学生创业免税单位。常年吸收、组织社会各届人员和大专院校学生带薪实习和工作，从事各类文化教育、文学创作、保健服务等工作。因工作需要，特招聘办公室主管、文员、写作员、保健培训师及家教老师等数名。
3、第二个月工资，办公室主管3000元；文员、家教老师1800元+住宿200元。保健培训师2500元；写作员1000元（包食宿），写作员年奖金2-4万元（从稿费中提成，主要参与小说、散文的创作和修改）。
