Shanghai Maixin Food Co., Ltd. is a food production enterprise, mainly producing bakery products under the French brand Maxim, and selling them through e-commerce and other channels. The company is located in Changzheng Industrial Park, Putuo District, Shanghai, with an independent plant and office building of 3,000 square meters, food production workshops meeting GMP standards, advanced production equipment, highly informationized management processes, and advanced management concepts. The Maxim brand was born in 1893, when initially, a young French aristocrat, Arnaud Gontard, visited the restaurant with his girlfriend. Subsequently, he often invited friends to gatherings, and soon Maxim's restaurant became a club where young people from Paris's upper society frequently convened. In 1900, during the World Expo held in Paris, Maxim's restaurant became a fashionable social venue temporarily.
