任职资格

3. 熟练使用 SpringBoot、MyBatis 等主流开发框架，熟悉 MySQL 等关系型数据库，具备 SQL 优化经验优先；
4. 了解微服务架构、分布式事务、Redis、消息队列等常用中间件优先；
5. 有经营分析系统、ERP 系统等企业级应用开发或实施经验者，可优先考虑；
6. 具备良好的沟通能力与问题解决能力，能快速理解业务需求并转化为技术实现方案。
