2.熟练掌握一种或多种CFD或多物理场仿真软件，FloEFD、FloTHERM、AnsysFluent、Abaqus等；
3、熟悉Pythonn/Matlab/C++等一种或以上编程语言，有仿真自动化脚本开发经验者优先（不强求）；
4、具备良好的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，主动性强，愿意深入物理建模细节，具有团队协作精神，具备独立完成复杂工况仿真分析的能力，能处理多物理场耦合问题（如结构 - 热耦合、流 - 固耦合），有参与实际产品研发的经验，能根据仿真结果提出设计改进建议，并与设计、试验团队协作落地。
岗位职责：
1、仿真建模与分析。主要工作包括模型搭建与预处理、仿真分析执行、撰写仿真分析报告，清晰呈现结论、问题及改进建议，为设计决策提供依据。
2、产品优化与改进。主要工作包括：结合仿真结果，针对现有设计进行模拟仿真，识别现有方案中的散热问题，识别产品设计中的薄弱环节（如应力集中、结构冗余等），提出针对性的优化方案（如尺寸调整、结构拓扑优化、材料替换等）。
3、标准与文档制定。主要工作包括：制定或完善 CAE 仿真规范、流程（如建模标准、材料数据库管理、报告模板等），确保仿真工作的规范性和一致性。维护仿真相关文档（如模型文件、分析报告、参数记录等），保证数据可追溯性。
4、工具与技能提升。跟踪 CAE 领域新技术、新软件（如多物理场耦合仿真、人工智能辅助仿真等），引入或优化仿真工具，提升工作效率。
