About the Company

齐星化工园区是由齐星集团出资投建的集医药中间体及电子特气半导体材料研发、生产、销售于一体的高新技术企业。位于随州市青春化工园区，规划面积5.99平方公里。目前已有４家企业入园，协议引资107亿元。目前公司主营有特气系列和卤代苯甲酸系列产品，共10余种。其中特气系列通过集成电 路制造商认证，主导编制电子工业用四氯化硅等两项国家标准，生产的集成电路用正硅酸乙酯（TEOS） 在国内市场占有率位居*；卤代苯甲酸系列与武汉大学教授合作，年产量可达到2000吨。
