南京栖霞建筑材料中心试验室行政隶属南京市栖霞区建筑安装工程质量安全监督站，为区建设工程质量监督的法定检测机构，经济性质为国有集体企业。本试验室成立于2002年4月，通过实验室资质认定，并获得江苏省住房和城乡建设厅批准的相应资质。试验室现有检测办公用房近2000平方米，检测仪器设备100余台套，各类技术人员30名。可承接建筑材、建筑水电、建筑结构构件、建筑节能等工程质量检测业务。
