中国政研会培训中心是中国思想政治工作研究会（简称“中国政研会”）下属单位。中国政研会是中宣部领导下的组织和推动思想政治工作研究的全国性社团组织。
中国政研会培训中心是经中央编制办批准成立的自收自支事业单位，主要任务为政工干部培训、思想政治工作成人教育和职业培训、国际交流等。
中心主要工作：
1、组织全国企业文化领域*权威的活动——中国企业文化论坛；
2、组织企业文化、思想政治工作方面的高端培训；
3、组织相关主题出国培训；
4、与中央媒体合作策划开展企业文化、思想政治工作方面的宣传；
5、开展相关主题全国范围内调研；
6、出版企业文化、思想政治工作相关书籍资料等。
