岗位职责
1.安全资料管理
1.1收集、整理和保管安全生产规章制度、操作规程、应急预案等文件，确保文件的有效性和可追溯性。
1.2负责安全培训记录、安全检查报告、事故调查报告等资料的归档与管理，定期对安全资料进行分类和整理，便于查询和使用。
1.3协助安全管理人员进行安全标准化，ISO45001体系建设工作，及时更新和完善相关资料，确保公司安全管理体系的有效运行。
2.环保资料管理
2.1整理和管理环保审批文件、排污许可证、环境监测报告等环保资料，确保公司环保手续齐全。
2.2负责收集和统计公司的污染物排放数据，建立污染物排放台账，按时完成环保报表的填报和提交工作。
2.3跟踪环保法规的更新，及时更新公司的环保资料，确保公司的环保工作符合*新法规要求。
3.职业健康资料管理
3.1建立和维护员工职业健康档案，包括入职体检、定期体检、离岗体检等资料，确保员工职业健康信息的完整性。
3.2整理和保管职业危害因素检测报告、职业卫生防护设施验收报告等资料，为公司的职业健康管理提供依据。
3.3协助开展职业健康培训工作，记录培训情况并归档相关资料。
1.学历与专业
大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、职业卫生或相关专业优先。
2.工作经验
具有 1 - 3 年 EHS 资料管理工作经验，有熔模精密铸造或机械加工行业经验者优先考虑。
3.技能要求
练使用办公软件，如 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等，具备良好的数据处理和文档编辑能力。
熟悉档案管理流程，能够熟练运用档案管理软件进行资料管理。
了解国家和山东省的 EHS 法规政策，具备一定的 EHS 知识基础。
