Oriental Electronic Payment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a limited liability enterprise with a registered capital of 121.30 million yuan. On May 18, 2011, the Company was officially among the first batch of enterprises to receive the "Payment Business License" issued by the People's Bank of China, and has successfully renewed it. Its main businesses include national customs tax electronic payment services, free trade zone services, cross-border RMB and cross-border foreign exchange payment services. The "National Customs Tax Electronic Payment System" built by the Company is the largest enterprise-level electronic payment platform in China, and its business now covers the whole country. Special zone business is also one of the Company's main businesses. In March 2014, the construction of the Free Trade Zone Customs Informatization Supervision System began nervously, and the trial operation was completed with good momentum.
