Jiangsu Shoukong Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in March 2012 with a registered capital of 106 million yuan. It is a new technology company invested by Shougang Holding Company, focusing on the research and development, production, sales, and technical services of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems. The company is currently an authorized training institution for UAV pilots and aircraft commanders by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of China (AOPA) and possesses its own airspace.
The company's production base is located in Yaoqiao Town, Zhenjiang New Area, covering an area of 62.9 mu, with 15,000 square meters of high-standard factory buildings and 22,000 square meters of outdoor experimental sites, equipped with fully furnished R&D centers and laboratories, as well as modern processing and manufacturing systems and a complete quality control system. Due to business development needs, the company established a Beijing branch at the end of 2014; in 2017, it set up an office in Hongshan District, Wuhan.
While striving to solidify its own R&D capabilities, the company maintains close cooperation with multiple research institutions and multinational organizations, including Beihang University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Zhejiang University, and France's AETQ Group, providing strong support for the development of high-tech products.

It holds more than 30 independent UAV patents. Products such as "Bat," "Beetle," "Guard," "Light Cavalry," "Wild Field," "Black Kite," and "Peregrine Falcon" have been successively launched to the market, providing comprehensive solutions for industries including police, firefighting, surveying and mapping, electric power, and plant protection. Among them, the design of the Bat UAV won the Gold Award of the China Innovation Design Red Star Award.
