It is a high-tech enterprise formed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in conjunction with domestic R&D and industrial forces. Liantong adopts an innovative research model integrating production, education, research, and application, and is fully committed to developing a cross-terminal, high-performance, and secure operating system with Chinese independent intellectual property rights - China Operation System (abbreviated as COS). COS provides operating system-level support for China's mobile phones, PADs, set-top boxes, PCs, smart home appliances, and other devices, while offering Chinese users an enhanced user experience.

COS provides functional modules centered on app stores, membership platforms, payment platforms, and advertising platforms.
