科盟是由四川科伦实业集团有限公司（简称科伦集团）、四川科伦医药贸易有限公司（简称科伦医贸）以及相关股东对科伦集团旗下的四川顺丰堂医药有限公司增资扩股更名而来。在科盟新增的1.3亿元资金中，科伦集团、科伦医贸分别出资2000万元，成都德仁堂药业有限公司注资3000万元，四川本草堂药业有限公司和成都科讯药业有限公司分别注资2000万元，其他的2000万元由四川各地市、县的近百家主流医药公司共同出资。
