成都市精神病院（成都市德康医院）是成都市民政局直属的福利事业单位和成都市卫计委注册的国办非营利性医疗机构，创建于1954年，1993年增挂“成都市德康医院”，是国家二级甲等精神病专科医院，省、市、区医保定点医院。医院占地42.5亩，建筑面积3.2万m2，核定床位600张，开放床位800张，常年日均住院患者800余人。开设有精神科、临床心理科、内科、老年科等临床科室。全院现有专业技术人员253人，其中高级职称28人，中级职称72人。现有省、市各类医疗、护理学会、专委会委员17名，四川省、成都市精神病与精神卫生学质量控制专家3名。
