5.深度参与市场活动与推广方案的创意脑暴，将抽象品牌战略转化为具有情绪张力与美学感染力的视觉叙事

任职要求：

1.具备出色的情绪感知力与故事构建能力，能熟练运用镜头语言将抽象概念具象为打动人心的影像

2.3–5 年以上品牌视觉设计或影视创意相关经验，有成熟作品集支撑

3.扎实的美术功底，对构图、光影、色彩及字体排版有高度敏感度，兼具经典审美素养与前沿趋势洞察力

4.精通PS、AI 、PR、AE等，能高效完成从设计到动态输出的全流程

5.对创意作品有深度的理解与批判性思维，追求极致，注重细节，具备强烈的作品责任感
