济宁娃哈哈饮料有限公司为杭州娃哈哈集团全资子公司，于2012年2月1日注册成立，公司厂址位于泗水县开发区泉福路以北、新城路以西交汇处，总占地面积256亩，一期投资1.6亿元人民币，从德国引进克朗斯全自动饮料生产线一条，年可生产果蔬饮料、茶饮料和含乳蛋白饮料1.8亿瓶,现已投产。二期新增两条发酵奶及饮料生产线，主要生产爽歪歪、乳娃娃、AD钙奶、纯净水、碳酸饮料等产品，现已投产；2015年3月新增一条4.5L水线，现已投产。
