大同煤矿集团恒宝源煤业有限公司由原山西朔州岳海恒宝源煤业有限公司和原山西朔州全武营煤业有限公司兼并重组整合而成，整合方式保留原山西朔州岳海恒宝源煤业有限公司并利用周边空白资源扩界，关闭原山西朔州全武营煤业有限公司。矿井生产能力90万t/a，井田面积2.6319km2，采用斜井开拓方式，批准开采4—11号煤层。工业资源储量为82.438Mt，设计可采储量为27.559Mt，服务年限27.6年。
