新疆现代石油化工股份有限公司阿克苏石化分公司于2010年3月正式入驻柯坪阿恰工业园，同年5月7日完成对原新兴化工资产收购，并新增固定资产投资4800万元，建成了南疆*一家润滑油生产企业，能生产车用润滑油、工业润滑油、摩托车油、农机油等三十多个品种，产品全部在阿克苏、和田、克州、喀什四地州销售。现有员工100余人，其中本地员工80多人。
2010年7月29日，3万吨/年催化脱蜡装置顺利建成试车，2010年11月润滑油装置建成试生产，2011年6月20日15万吨常减压装置试生产。
公司秉承“技术先进、品质过硬；诚信经营，服务至上”的经营理念，在过去五年连续创造出良好的效益，2014年公司被自治区工商联评为“新疆百强企业”荣列第44位。
