无锡市计量测试中心是国家法定计量技术机构，负责无锡地区计量器具的强制检定、定量包装商品检测等法律规定的任务。本中心建立了十一大类计量专业207项社会公用计量标准。可开展344项认可校准项目、99项认可检测项目、54项计量产品型式评价项目、5项定量包装商品净含量计量检验项目、95项计量产品测试项目。同时为社会提供计量器具的检定、校准、测试和修理等服务。多年来，中心以良好的检测质量、热情的服务态度、合理的收费价格，已为无锡以及周边地区8000多家中外企业提供计量检测服务。
