哈密大安煤业开发有限公司是包头大安钢铁集团继哈密矿业公司的基础上，在哈密地区的又一项大型投资项目。公司下属两个矿井，位于巴里坤县博尔羌吉镇石灰窑矿区。一号井设计规模为60万吨/年，服务年限34年，该项目已经列入自治区十一五规划，目前已开始施工。二号井位于一号井西侧，矿区规划规模为60万吨/年，目前已进入可研设计阶段。
