）始建于1954年8月，是具有国家甲级建筑工程设计资质及相应的工程咨询和装饰设计资质、智能建筑设计专项资质及工程地质、工程勘察甲级和风景园林、热力、城市规划编制、工程测量乙级资质单位。现有职工354人，工程技术人员290人，其中国家建筑设计大师1人，一级注册建筑师17人，一级注册结构师18人，研究员级高级建筑（工程）师32人，高级建筑（工程）师一百余人。设有建筑、结构、给水排水、暖通空调、电气、建筑经济、工程地质、工程测量等专业。除设置六个综合设计所外，还有新技术研究所、监理公司、岩土公司、建筑装饰公司等下属企业。
