一、岗位职责：

二、岗位要求：

2. 掌握 Java 基础语法与面向对象编程思想，了解 Java 核心技术（集合框架、基本 IO 操作、简单多线程使用），能独立编写基础功能代码。
3. 熟悉 Spring、SpringBoot、MyBatis 等常用框架的基础使用，了解框架基本工作流程（如 Spring IoC 容器、MyBatis SQL 映射）。
4. 掌握 MySQL 基础操作，能编写简单 SQL 语句（查询、插入、更新），了解基本的数据库表设计逻辑。
5. 具备基础的需求理解能力，能将简单业务需求转化为代码实现，愿意在指导下承担模块开发任务，有责任心，保证任务按时交付。
6. 逻辑思维清晰，面对简单技术问题能主动思考排查方向，乐于向团队请教，积极配合解决问题。
