北京中豪国研中医门诊部（原北京光明中医学院消积水门诊部）是在原卫生部中医司司长、原学院院长、中医泰斗吕炳奎教授的支持下，于1994年经市、区卫生局批准建立的，门诊部以治疗因各种疾病引起的各部位积水症为特色，以纯中医治疗各类疑难病症。门诊部主任邢汝雯出身于中医世家，根据其父邢锡波教授（名老中医、肝病专家）家传，结合自己多年临床经验，研制出“《扶正利水分消法》”独树一帜，对各种胸水、腹水、脑积水、肾积水等各部位积液有效率达到98%，于1994获国家专利。
