General Manager of the Market Department of the Head Office (1 position) (1) Under 45 years old, of integrity, law-abiding, with no bad records; (2) Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in finance and other economics majors, management and other business administration majors, with 5 years or more of relevant work experience in commercial bank market expansion; (3) Familiar with national financial policies and regulatory systems, understanding of national and local industry policies and market conditions; with strong policy implementation, risk management, marketing organization, and customer service capabilities; (4) Familiar with the markets of Changsha County and Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, with strong market development capabilities; (5) Those with abundant deposit business resources and middle management experience in commercial banks within Changsha County and Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone may be preferred. 2. Risk Review Position of the Head Office (1 position) (1) Under 45 years old, graduated in finance, economics, accounting, law, or related majors, bachelor's degree or above, those with intermediate or senior financial professional titles preferred; (2) With 3 years or more of work experience in credit business and risk management in the financial industry; (3) Familiar with laws, regulations, and policies related to investment, guarantee, trust, finance, and corporate management; familiar with the operational procedures of internal bank business, with strong risk control awareness and risk management capabilities. 3. Branch Customer Manager (5 positions) (1) Under 35 years old, college degree or above, graduated in finance, economics, accounting, or related majors; (2) Strong communication skills and market development capabilities; (3) Those with 1 year or more of experience in bank business marketing and credit work and local household registration preferred. 4. Branch Business Department Teller (6 positions) (1) Under 26 years old, college degree or above, graduated in economics and finance related majors; (2) With 1 year or more of bank counter work experience, familiar with the rules and regulations of the People's Bank of China and other regulatory bureaus; (3) Strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness, with good communication adaptability and communication skills; (4) Those with bank practitioner qualification certificates, accounting certificates, and local household registration preferred. 5.
