岗位职责：
1、负责对药品生产过程进行监控，确保产品质量符合国家要求；
2、负责起草中间产品、半成品质量标准；
3、负责监控生产过程及生产条件，负责监督中间产品、半成品的取样，负责成品的取样；
4、负责监控车间中间品的码放、使用情况，监督帐、物、卡的一致性，监控生产过程中的物料平衡；
5、负责监督监测人员对洁净室人员及表面微生物的监控；
6、负责审核批生产记录、批包装记录，中间产品、产品的批检验记录和报告，监督生产车间相关记录的填写；
7、负责中间产品的放行，监督车间对不合格物料、中间产品的处理，监督车间对生产过程中出现的偏差及时处理的情况，必要时参与调查并跟踪产品质量；
8、协助生产车间进行部门自检，并负责生产车间部门自检整改追踪。
任职要求：
1、医药、生物、药学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、一年以上药品生产、质量检验相关工作经验者优先；
3、熟知药品生产质量管理规范（GMP）。
