Zhengzhou Autobio Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Autobio", stock code 603658) was founded in 1998, with its headquarters located in Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Autobio specializes in the research and development, manufacturing, integration, and service of in vitro diagnostic reagents and instruments. Its products cover testing fields such as immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and coagulation, providing comprehensive product solutions and overall services for medical laboratories. The company was listed on September 1, 2016, and is the first in vitro diagnostic R&D and manufacturing enterprise listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in China.

Autobio was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission to lead the establishment of the National Engineering Research Center for Major Emerging and Sudden-Onset Detection, and has been approved as a National Enterprise Technology Center, National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Immunoassay Automation, Henan Province Immunodiagnostic Reagent Engineering Technology Research Center, Henan Province Mass Spectrometry Technology Innovation Center, and Henan Province In Vitro Diagnostic Product Pilot Base, among other innovation platforms. It has undertaken multiple major national, provincial, and municipal science and technology projects, including two projects under the "863 Program".

In 2021, Autobio achieved operating revenue of 3.766 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.45%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 974 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30.20%. In the first three quarters of 2022, Autobio achieved operating revenue of 3.281 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.75%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 899 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.44%.

After full completion, it will have a production capacity scale of 15 billion yuan and will become one of China's in vitro diagnostic industrial bases.
