China Resources Henan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Resources Henan Pharmaceutical") is a large-scale pharmaceutical distribution enterprise under China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group, and the only wholly state-owned central enterprise in the pharmaceutical distribution industry of Henan Province. It is mainly engaged in pharmaceutical commercial marketing, logistics distribution, and provision of pharmaceutical supply chain solutions. The company is the first pharmaceutical trading enterprise in the province to obtain national GSP certification, and holds business qualifications for drugs, medical devices, special medical foods, Chinese medicinal materials, and prepared slices of Chinese medicines.

The company currently has a registered capital of 2.1915 billion yuan, with over 2,000 employees across the province, total assets of 15.97 billion yuan, and in 2022, its operating revenue exceeded 20 billion yuan with tax payments exceeding 460 million yuan. The company maintains long-term and stable cooperative relationships with nearly 10,000 pharmaceutical manufacturers at home and abroad, dealing in more than 60,000 product specifications, with a network covering all 18 prefecture-level cities in the province. It has established 21 subsidiary companies in Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Anyang, and other places, mainly serving medical institutions, retail pharmacies, and pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises at all levels across the province. In Henan, its coverage rate reaches 100% for tertiary medical institutions, 96% for secondary medical institutions, and 86% for primary and township/community medical institutions. The average annual compound growth rate over the past five years exceeds 25%, making it the leading enterprise in the pharmaceutical distribution industry of Henan Province. In 2022, it ranked 41st among the top 100 enterprises in Henan and 12th in the service industry of Henan Province.

China Resources Henan Pharmaceutical aims at high-quality development of medical services and people's health needs, focusing on building an efficient and intelligent medical warehousing and logistics distribution system. It has established 18 GSP-compliant pharmaceutical storage warehouses across the province, with a total warehouse area of 100,000 square meters. Nearly 200 logistics distribution and cold-chain logistics vehicles are available, reaching all levels of medical institutions in 18 prefecture-level cities, counties, townships, and communities across the province, ensuring the medication needs of medical institutions at all levels. An investment of 360 million yuan has been made in the Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone to construct a modern pharmaceutical logistics park, covering an area of 28,105.24 square meters, with an intelligent and digitalized warehouse area of nearly 60,000 square meters. Equipped with a logistics management system (WMS/TMS) platform, it adopts the most advanced international logistics technologies, including goods-to-person picking systems, robotic picking systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems, capable of processing 12,000 orders daily and supporting an annual sales business scale of 30 billion yuan. It is currently one of the most intelligent and operationally efficient modern pharmaceutical warehousing and logistics systems in China.

China Resources Henan Pharmaceutical is the designated supplier for emergency antidotes, toxic drugs for medical use, coagulation factor VIII, and other special drugs designated by the Henan Provincial Health Department and the Henan Provincial Food and Drug Administration, and it has long undertaken emergency distribution of emergency medicines within the province. It is also the only reserve enterprise in the province for materials under the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army, serving all military regions and undertaking the storage, management, and supply guarantee of drugs and sanitary materials.
