SIPPR Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as SIPPR), founded in 1951, was one of the earliest factory design institutions and industrial design institutes in New China. Originally affiliated with the Ministry of Machinery Industry, it became part of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), a key state-owned enterprise directly under the central government, in 2000.
