Haima Automobile Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haima Automobile) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haima Automobile Co., Ltd. (stock company). It is located in Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, established in 2007. The registered capital is 4.4 billion yuan, covering an area of about 1800 mu. It has production qualifications for passenger vehicles, pure electric passenger vehicles, and plug-in hybrid passenger vehicles.
The company has formed its own independent value chain system and scale layout. It currently has 3 vehicle plants in Zhengzhou and Zhongmu, 1 engine plant, 1 automatic transmission plant, 2 parts industrial parks in Kaifeng and Zhengzhou, as well as a vehicle R&D center, powertrain R&D center, and new energy vehicle R&D center. The intelligent factory covers 440,000 square meters with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, featuring four major workshops: stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly, with three core highlights: "artificial intelligence," "big data," and "Internet of Things." It utilizes automated, intelligent equipment and information software, with an automation rate of 85%, reaching an internationally leading level.
Currently, it has two vehicle products: the strong-power intelligent SUV Haima 8S and the hybrid vehicle Haima 6P, as well as core technology products such as self-developed engines like the 1.2TGDI and 1.6TGDI engines and the 7DCT dual-clutch automatic transmission.
