河北国际旅行卫生保健中心是河北出入境检验检疫局直属的具有独立法人资格的事业单位，并在河北省卫生行政部门注册的卫生医疗单位。河北国际旅行卫生保健中心作为国家指定的为出入境人员提供保健服务的定点医疗单位，根据《国境卫生检疫法》及《国境卫生检疫实施细则》承担着出入境人员旅行卫生保健、医疗检查、传染病监测、预防接种、国际旅行健康咨询、健康状况评估和国际医疗救助等项工作，同时根据社会的需求开展医疗咨询、预防接种和体检等服务项目，负责签发国际间旅行必需的《国际旅行健康证明书》、《国际预防接种证书》、《艾滋病检验报告单》等证书。
