甘肃华信会计师事务所的前身是1989年庆阳地区财政处成立的庆阳地区会计师事务所，2000年改制更名为庆阳立信会计师事务所，2005年与甘肃华力（长庆油田）会计师事务所合并成立甘肃华信会计师事务所。单位性质为有限责任公司。主要从事审计、验资、资产评估、司法鉴定、代理金蝶财务软件等业务。现有中国注册会计师7名，注册资产评估师4名。业务遍及庆阳市各县区及长庆油田下属驻庆阳、西安企业。其中固定客户有：长庆巨力实业有限公司，长庆水电工程有限公司，甘肃长建建设工程有限公司，中国石油庆阳炼化分公司，西安长庆油田助剂有限公司，长庆盛源实业有限公司，长庆隆达建设工程有限公司，长庆精华实业有限公司等。
